Adv. Michael Bach - Founding Partner
Born in 1967, married with 4 children, has held a license to practice law since 1994.
He has a degree in law (LL.B) from the Tel Aviv University in 1993; and a Master's degree in law (LL.M) on the “Commercial Law” track of Tel Aviv University from 1998.
During his 23 years of experience as a lawyer, Adv. Bach gained a reputation as a leading litigator in all aspects of civil-commercial law (particularly in class actions, derivative actions and control struggles in corporations) as well as in insolvency laws and public law proceedings.
Adv. Bach serves as an arbitrator and mediator and is also a licensed notary. Furthermore, Adv. Bach has also served as Chief Justice at the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Bar Association in the Tel Aviv District for two terms and he lectures in various professional conventions and academic institutions on a wide variety of civil-commercial law topics.
Adv. Ron Lederman - Partner
Born in 1979, married with 3 children, has held a license to practice law since 2007;
He has a degree in law (LL.B Cum Laude) from the Tel Aviv University, 2006, and a BA degree in Economics, from the Tel Aviv University, 2006.
Adv. Lederman specializes in litigation in all fields of civil-commercial law and in particular in the field of class action and derivative suits and in the field of banking.
Adv. Gilad Heller
Born in 1975, married with 2 children, has held a license to practice law since 2004;
Adv. Heller has a degree in law (LL.B Magna Cum Laude) from the Tel Aviv University, 2003; a Master's degree in law (LL.M with Honors, Dean’s List) from the Northwestern University, Chicago, 2010; and a Masters degree in public law (LL.M. Summa Cum Laude), from the Tel Aviv University, 2012.
He has served as a representative on the Israel Consumerism Council and on the Advisory Committee for the Registrar of Real Estate Brokers.
Adv. Heller specializes in litigation in all fields of civil-commercial law, in public law and class actions.
Adv. Dana Yahalomi, Associate
Has a degree in law (LL.B) from the Tel Aviv University, 2015;
Adv. Yahalomi interned with the firm and in 2016, on receipt of her license to practice law, joined the firm as an attorney. Adv. Yahalomi specializes in litigation in the fields of civil-commercial law, with the emphasis on class action.
